The Sweat Shack team has created a system for our franchise partners that’s easy to duplicate, adopt, and administer. Our corporate office provides everything you’ll need—from start to finish—to make sure you’re able to quickly and efficiently get your location up and running. Everything from development to design and decor, private label products, marketing, corporate, on-site training, and support is given by our team from headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. Training & Support

To make sure you’re fully equipped to start your franchise, our team offers three-tiered support:

1. Shack University: a week-long intensive training program held at our Sweat Shack corporate office in Franklin, Tennessee
2. Store Launch Team: assistance and support by our Sweat Shack certified trainer, and a post-grand opening visit with our Sweat Shack field business consultant
3. Continued Filed Support: quarterly visits and audits (1-2 times per quarter) by our Sweat Shack field business consultants
